Delivery was much earlier than predicated worked out well on this occasion. Fish was crispy and lovely, the new style box was very good too. Steak pie was also amazing (husband said so!) Will order again from Linburn x

Haggis supper arrived with hair inside the batter. Absolutely disgusting and meal ruined.

Delivery was later than stated

Only one problem, did not get the garlic mayo dip for the pizza which I ordered and paid for (and was stated on the sticker on the pizza box).

Been a customer since it opened and dont go anywhere else, food always hot on delivery and always quality. I was a customer at the Neatherton shop and that also never disappointed. Im not really a fish and chip guy but love their wraps and kebabs. Top marks 5 ⭐️

1st time ordering online from The Brig Linburn - usual tasty food with now a fast delivery service - ideal!

The fish and chips were good as always, but I wouldn't have the chicken kebabs again: the soft pitta was hard and tough and inedible, the chicken was overcooked and tough and I didn't get the garlic mayonnaise, as I was given something else instead. I was very disappointed, but luckily I had ordered a small chips with it, so I didn't go hungry. The extra chips and salad were fine.

Lovely fish supper and black pudding supper. The chips were delicious too. The food was hot on arrival with lovely service. That’s why we always get our chippy tea from The Brig Linburn

I ordered at 19:00 and the website said collect at 19:20. I arrived at 19:26 and had to queue with everyone else. I got to the front of the queue and they then looked for my online order, confirmed it and only then placed it in their queue. I could have saved my time and just ordered in store. I enquired and was told that it would not be fair to jump the queue as many others had ordered. I thought ordering online put me directly in the queue at the pint of them taking my money and avoided the queue in store also giving them time to prepare the food for instant collection. Strange and useless online ordering system.

Delivery was 30 min late and the food was cold by the time we got it

No the usual standard unfortunately. Fish and chips were cold ( as per previous order in holidays) had to be heated in microwave. The usual wraps we always order were not great at all. All of them were far too spicy, tough chicken and hardly any salad what so ever. They were half filled too. But disappointed as was looking forward to our weekly treat :-(
