1 hour late. Called twice and food still wasnt ready an hour after it should have arrived. Normally great service but let down on this occasion

Haggis was cold though nice and spicy chips were cold and soggy not what I normally get from Linburn and took nearly 2 hour to be delivered driver got lost

We have ordered from this place a few times now and its been on time and warm. I tried to order on Dunfermline Eats but it doesn't give you the correct menu options as there actual main site. Placed the order at 6.25pm and the correspondence said it would be delivered at 7.10pm. It came at 8.05pm 1 hour and 40 minutes later and mines was burnt down 1 side and most of the outside black. My partner was also cold. Slightly disappointed 😞 as its almost 30.00 and cold.

Had fish supper and haggis supper the fish had an awful taste and smelt funny so I couldn’t eat it and don’t drive so I could not come to shop with it

Usually collect my order but due to unforeseen reasons I was unable to today but I am very happy with the delivery service

Was easy to order online and it tasted great when it turned up but unfortunately it was a bit later than estimated

Food was really good but delivery was nearly hour late. 1h.50 after ordering. Poor

Unfortunately, the fish supper arrived cold, albeit delivered very quickly.

The chicken I ordered was very dry and hard not really edible. The fish I ordered was in breadcrumbs not batter and was very dry.

The special fish was excellent tonight. Great delivery time . Didn’t have to wait too long .

Although it was over an hour it was worth it for the nice crisp batter on the fish and the chips were lovely

Half an hour longer than time given for delivery, food was cold on arrival.
