The best chippy in town

Fantastic food! Ordered the nacho-style loaded fries, New York wings, extra cheese sauce and had to try the doner spring rolls. All were delicious, delivered in around an hour and reasonably warm when received. Best thing is The Brig do not scrimp on toppings as is the case with many other takeaways - the loaded fries were well and truly loaded! I look forward to continuing my journey through their menu!

Food was over an hour late past the delivery time and cold when we received it. Normally we come and collect so we will be doing that in future as delivery service is abismal. Also was told the 3 times I phoned up to ask where it was I got told the driver was just on his way

Felt the pakora chicken was overcooked and dry compared to the last time I had it

I never have any issues when ordering from here normally my food is fresh and hot and is delivered in the time it says This time my fish and chips looked like they were days old with soggy fish and the greasiest chips I ordered at 815 saying it would be 30 minutes which is normal but never arrived till nearly 10pm which is a disgusting time to wait and I had to phone to find out where it was Worst service ever from here and very disappointing for someone who regularly buys from here

Despite having a collection time I still had to wait a further 15 minutes.

We ordered online so we wouldn't have to wait in a queue on a Sat night. We paidvan extra service charge for this. When we arrived at the allocated time to pick up our prepaid order we were told to go to the end of the queue. When we got to the front of the queue our order (kebabs) started to be cooked.

The fish and chips as always were outstanding. The vegetable pakora were dry and burnt.

Food was ok- special fish was over cooked.

Pizza was delicious and arrived hot

The wrong order was delivered to our house, then it was uplifted , this in itself can happen, I understand that, however when we eventually got our order, it was almost inedible the kebab meat was like leather, the calzone was nothing like what it should be, we had the same order before Xmas and loved it, but tonight was a disaster and has really spoiled or evening

Not to enamoured by the ordering online process. Even although order was approved and paid and given a time to pick up, on arrival approached the till and was told to wait on end of queue after 10 mins got to till and was told that they had it and just to wait. Another 20 mins passed before my order was shouted, but I counted 4 people who came in after me, collect orders they gave at the till and away before my order was called. I was only getting a fish supper, not a good experience, maybe have a dedicated online order / collection service 😞
