Unfortunately, the fish supper arrived cold, albeit delivered very quickly.

The chicken I ordered was very dry and hard not really edible. The fish I ordered was in breadcrumbs not batter and was very dry.

The special fish was excellent tonight. Great delivery time . Didn’t have to wait too long .

Although it was over an hour it was worth it for the nice crisp batter on the fish and the chips were lovely

A ninety minute wait for two haggis and a kebab to be delivered was very disappointing. It’s only a 4 minute drive from your shop to my house.

Pitta bread was hard as if it wasn't very fresh on the kebabs and a kebab sauce was missing, we got a container of brown sauce oddly instead.

I ordered online at 6pm and it was expected at 6.50pm, which I thought is quite a long time to wait as I live close by. However, my meal still had not arrived at 7.10pm so I phoned to check. They were very polite and said that they had been busy. When the meal arrived soon after, the batter on the fish was soggy as were the chips. It was like it had been the last delivery in a long list of deliveries. It was very disappointing as we don't get them very often and we were really looking forward to our meal.
